📦 OPTYON – Shipping & Order Policy (United Kingdom)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
At OPTYON, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you select the correct model and colour before confirming your purchase, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed in our system.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during busy seasons, sales, or UK public holidays.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel and delivery destination.
For UK customers, delivery is usually handled by Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As the recipient, you are responsible for tracking your shipment and providing any necessary details requested by customs or the courier.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or missing information, OPTYON cannot issue a free replacement or refund. You may need to place a new order.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your parcel may be delivered by Royal Mail or another local courier, depending on your area.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left explaining how and where to collect your parcel.
Please note that customs clearance or local delays may extend the estimated delivery time.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
For UK customers, all prices displayed include VAT unless stated otherwise.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Please ensure that you are aware of your local customs and import regulations. OPTYON cannot be held responsible for items refused or delayed by customs authorities.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your card or bank account is not in GBP (£), your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by OPTYON.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@optyon.es.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
